Shipping Method
We will automatically ship your order "Best Way", which is via
the fastest, lowest-cost, most efficient carrier for your order. At Happy
Everything, "Best Way" always means "Best Way For YOU." If however, you
request that your order be shipped in a specific way, we will do everything
possible to honor your request. Shipping costs may need to be adjusted. Please
allow 2 weeks for delivery on regular orders. Our warehouse is located in California, so local
orders will obviously arrive quicker than those on the east coast.
Shipping Insurance
For your maximum protection, every order shipped is fully
insured against loss, pilferage and damage. Each shipment will include a PIN
(Package Identification Number) that makes tracing of lost shipments easy and
fast (allow 30-90 days for tracers).
Back Orders
Happy Everything has a normal in-stock rate of 95% or higher.
However, it does occassionally happen that something you order may not be
available at the time. In this rare instance, your packing slip with your
order will show that item with a code letter "C" after Packs Ordered. We do
not automatically back order items. There will be a date shown after the "C",
which will let you know when we expect to have it in stock again. You may
reorder at that time, and we will keep your credit on file for that occassion.
Or you may also just request a refund for the item, which will be processed
immediately. If you notice an "S" after Packs Ordered, it signifies that the
particular item you ordered required imprinting, and special handling.
Therefore, the item could not be shipped immediately. Allow approximately 6
weeks for delivery in imprinted material.
Return Policy
If you need to return something, you must either email or phone our customer service department, as listed on our site, to receive an authorization. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Happy Everything. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
***Returns, which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy, will be returned to the sender and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Items With Guarantees Or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 25 days of the date of the shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
***Note: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
If you are not sure how to proceed for lost or damaged items, please contact our customer support department as soon as possible, and we will track, trace, or guide you. Keep in mind the 25 days, or it may be too late for us to make a claim.
